The answer to this question is how much value is the buyer actually getting and does the new build property represent similar value to that of a resale property. In Costa del Sol there is a positive answer to this question because there is heavily discounted new build luxury property available that already offers huge value for money hence the 4tax saving on these properties do offer a great incentive. Even on the pure out and out luxury property 4is still worth having but it\’s the heavily discounted key ready luxury new developments that really make sense in this market.

Secondly let\’s look at Lomas del Rey in the New Golden Mile which again offers big discounts and because its brand new there is nothing quite like it in this area. With prices from 580,000 Euros the 4saving is very attractive. Lastly and for me the real deal of all real deals in Banus Beach Gardens second line beach in Puerto Banus. This project has been reduced by more than 50from its original launch price and is in prime location and with prices starting at 470,000 Euros there is no doubt the 4tax saving is a real bonus, the cream on top if you like. Luxury property for sale in Estepona and Marbella is well worth further investigation.
Do luxury property buyers look at the finer points of property taxes or do they just see something they love and just have it. In this market people are still looking for a deal so no matter what the price all buyers are looking for a deal in this market
So to answer the question yes even for luxury property buyers the 4tax saving can be a real incentive to buy luxury property for sale in Elvria or Marbella if you can find the right development to buy.
